This notice covers the public senticy.com marketing website operated by Senticy IT Consultancy LLC (SentiCy). Client services, support platforms, and other third-party services may have separate agreements and privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you email or call us, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, and enquiry. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation, provide requested services, and maintain business records. Do not send passwords, patient information, or confidential client records through public website enquiries.

Website operation

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, device/browser details, and access times to deliver and protect the website. These operational records are separate from optional Google Analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is blocked until you select Accept analytics. If you accept, Google processes information such as page visits, approximate location derived from the connection, browser/device information, and interactions with our contact links. Analytics cookies distinguish visits; they are configured to expire after 180 days. We use reports to understand website use and improve our pages.

We send enquiry-link clicks as contact intent, not proof that a message was sent, a call connected, or a booking was completed. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or hidden assessment responses to Analytics. Page URLs are supplied without query strings or fragments, and referrers are reduced to their origin. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. These safeguards do not make analytics anonymous.

Your choices

Accepting analytics is optional. Reject analytics keeps our Analytics tag off, without preventing website use. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops future collection, removes our Analytics cookies where accessible, and reloads the page. It does not delete information already received by Google.

We store your analytics choice in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage resets it. We keep optional Analytics off when this browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Choices are specific to your browser and device.

Other browser storage and services

WordPress may use necessary cookies for signed-in administration. The optional hidden assessment stores progress/results locally in your browser; our Analytics tag is not loaded on that page. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. External websites and your email or telephone provider operate under their own policies.

Access, retention, and requests

We use service providers to host and operate the website, handle communications, and provide optional analytics. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect our services. Business enquiry records are kept as needed to handle the relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations; browser storage has the periods described above.
